Who we are
Frontwater ("Frontwater," "we," "us") is an AI-native customer communication platform for pool companies, based in Charleston, South Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through thefrontwater.com and the Frontwater service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your full name, cell phone number, email address, company name, business address, and how you heard about us. If you contact us by phone, text, chat, or email, we collect the contents of those communications.
- Service communications. Frontwater's product answers calls, texts, and web chats on behalf of our customers. When you communicate with a business that uses Frontwater, those calls and messages are processed, recorded, transcribed, and summarized so the business can serve you.
- Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used for security and to keep the site working. We do not run advertising trackers or sell ad audiences.
How we use information
- To respond to your demo request, schedule it, and communicate with you about it.
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Frontwater service.
- To send you text messages only if you gave consent (see "Text messaging" below).
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run Frontwater — for example cloud hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, and our CRM — under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging opt-in data is never shared. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our demo form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Frontwater about your demo request and your account (for example scheduling, reminders, and service updates). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege credentials).
Your choices & rights
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@thefrontwater.com. We honor applicable state privacy rights (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws).
Children
Our site and service are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
