The short version

Frontwater texting program: you only get texts if you asked for them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We never share your number or your consent with anyone for marketing.

Program description

The Frontwater SMS program sends recurring text messages to people who opt in on thefrontwater.com (for example the "Get my demo" form) or who text us first. Messages include demo scheduling and confirmations, follow-ups about your request, account and service notifications, and occasional product updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Frontwater text message to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties; we do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
