Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thefrontwater.com and the Frontwater platform ("the Service"), operated by Frontwater of Charleston, South Carolina. By using the site or the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
The Service
Frontwater is an AI-native customer communication platform for pool companies: it answers calls, texts, and web chats, books appointments, prepares quotes, and follows up on behalf of subscribing businesses. Specific features, pricing, and service levels are described on our site or in your order form.
Demo requests and communications
When you submit a demo request we may contact you by phone or email about it. Text messages are sent only with your separate, optional consent and are governed by our SMS Terms, which are part of these Terms. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break or probe its security, using it to send spam or unlawful communications, infringing others' rights, or reselling it without our written agreement. Customers are responsible for using calling, recording, and messaging features in compliance with applicable law (including the TCPA and state call-recording laws) with respect to their own end customers.
Intellectual property
The Service, site, and all related content are owned by Frontwater or its licensors. You keep ownership of your business data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and Service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontwater will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact: hello@thefrontwater.com · (980) 265-7008.
